I want to build a Hackintosh but I got stuck on a point.
I’ve installed the OS X 10.10 Yosemite on my desktop used the Clover method for installing. Although, I tried the UniBeast + MultiBeast but I couldn’t install it recently.
Boot method gave me the same error as for the video card.
With internal graphics card (HD4600) the machine works perfectly (sleep, audio, network) but with the external card it doesn't.
When I boot it with the ext. card it looks like working good (except the sound – the audio tools disappear???) but after few minutes the screen is freezing.
Could it solve the problem to install kext for the graphics card? (I think it isn't necessary but I’m not sure.)
My desktop consist the following parts:
- Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 motherboard
- Intel i7 4771 CPU
- 8 GB Kingstone RAM
- NVIDIA 9600GT graphics card
